Access Detailed Transaction Report

You can access the Detailed Transaction Report from the Schedule Sweep screen in the Payments module.

To access the Detailed Transaction Report:

  1. Access the Schedule Sweep screen in the Payments module.
  2. Navigate to the Detailed Transaction Report section under Sweep Queue.
  3. In the From and To boxes type the date range you want to view completed transactions for.
  4. Select Go. The Detailed Transaction Report will open with a list of all transactions completed during the provided date range.
  5. If desired, select Download Report.

Detailed Transaction Report

The Detailed Transaction Report contains the following information:

  • Policy Number
  • Named Insured
  • Policy Type
  • Payment Type
  • Payment Transaction Date
  • Check Number
  • Payment Amount
  • Paid via Agent Sweep
  • NSF

The Detailed Transaction Report will also display the total amount of payments in the desired date range.

Sort and filter the Detailed Transaction Report

Sort

You can sort the Detailed Transaction Report by each column. To sort the report:

  1. Navigate to the column you want to sort the report by and select the title of the column or the arrows one time. The report will sort by that column in ascending alphanumerical order. For example:
    1. If you select Policy Type, the report will sort and organize the information by policy types from A-Z.
    2. If you select Payment Transaction Date, the report will sort and organize the information by payment transaction dates starting with the earliest date to the most recent date.
  2. Select the title of the column or the arrows a second time. The report will sort by that column in descending alphanumerical order. For example:
    1. If you select Policy Type, the report will sort and organize the information by policy types from Z-A.
    2. If you select Payment Transaction Date, the report will sort and organize the information by payment transaction dates starting with the most recent date to the earliest date.
  3. Select the title of the column or the arrows a third time. The report will return to its original state.

 Filter

You can filter the view of the Detailed Transaction Report. To use filters:

  1. Within the Detailed Transaction Report, navigate to Narrow By.
  2. Select the payment type you want to narrow the Detailed Transaction Report by.

To clear filters, select the Clear all filters link.

Usage considerations

The ability to access the Detailed Transaction Report depends on settings. If the show-transaction-report advanced setting is set to True, then in the Payments module of the Agent portal, the Detailed Transaction Report will display instead of the Sweep Report.
