A claims supervisor is an individual who manages and supervises the claims department and staff. You can add a claims supervisor in the Contacts module and Claims module. To add a claims supervisor in the Claims module, see Add claims supervisor in Claims.
To add a claims supervisor, open the desired contact and:
- In the Role section, select Add a Role to open the Role dialog box.
- In the Role dropdown list, select Claims Supervisor.
- Select Done to close the dialog box and return to the Role section.
- Select Save beneath the Role dropdown list. A Save Completed pop-up window will open. No further information is needed.
