With the Claims advanced setting add-catastrophe-from-fnol, you can enable or disable the ability to add a catastrophe in the Agent portal while completing the first notice of loss (FNOL).
This setting requires True or False buttons.
By default, the add-catastrophe-from-fnol advanced setting is set to False, and there isn’t an option to add a CAT while completing the FNOL.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search add-catastrophe-from-fnol. Select True to change the default. When an agent completes the FNOL in the Agent portal, after adding the Loss Date and Loss Time, the Catastrophe section will appear below Loss Date and Loss Time if the time of loss falls within the timeframe of the catastrophe.
