New contacts may be added from the Contacts List tab within the Contacts module.
To add a new organization contact:
- Select Contacts from the BriteCore menu.
- In the Contacts List tab, select the New Organization button. BriteCore will direct you to the Information tab of the new contact.
In the Information tab of the new organization contact, you can:
- Add contact name.
- Upload contact photo.
- Add contact address(es).
- Add contact phone number(s).
- Add contact email address(es).
- Add contact website.
- Add FEIN/Tax ID.
- Add contacts in the organization.
- Relate one contact to additional contacts.
- Add agency administrators.
- Add background information.
- Add system tags.
- Add dates to remember (organization).
- Add a role.
