Add a photo to an existing claim

You can add a photo to an existing claim in the Policyholder portal.

  1. Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
  2. Scroll to the Claims card on the dashboard.
  3. Select the Multiple Open Claims link to view your open claims.
  4. Select the claim number link of the claim you want to add photos to.
  5. Scroll to Photos, and then select Upload Photos. Your system’s Windows Explorer or Finder application displays.
  6. Navigate to the location of the photo you want to upload and select Open.
  7. Select Update Claim to save.

Your photo displays under the Loss Photos section of the Details screen.
