You can add a photo to an existing claim in the Policyholder portal.
- Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
- Scroll to the Claims card on the dashboard.
- Select the Multiple Open Claims link to view your open claims.
- Select the claim number link of the claim you want to add photos to.
- Scroll to Photos, and then select Upload Photos. Your system’s Windows Explorer or Finder application displays.
- Navigate to the location of the photo you want to upload and select Open.
- Select Update Claim to save.
