Display loss date on the Property Tab of a policy
BriteCore will display the loss date from the most recent Closed, Paid claim at the top-right corner of the Property Tab on a policy. If a policy doesn’t have any Closed, Paid claims, the Last Loss Date will be blank.
Preventing policy cancellations prior to loss date
Users can set a policy to cancel on a specific date in BriteCore.
Assigning mortgagee types to policy forms
During line item setup in the Document(s) section, users can set policy forms to attach to a policy when a specific type of mortgagee is added to the policy.
Select invoice due date
BriteCore will allow users to add a specific due date for the month within the billing schedule, so insureds who are paid once per month or receive subsidized income can select the billing date that works best for them.

Financial Authority Limits
With the new financial authority limits feature, you can establish reserve and payment limits for each claims adjuster tier level. The limits will determine the Loss and Expense reserve amounts and the Loss and Expense payment amounts each claims adjuster tier level is authorized to set.
Moratorium on Cancellations for Non-Payment
Carriers can use the enable-non-pay-notice-moratorium advanced setting to clear all Cancellation Pending, Non-Payment of Premium policy statuses and prevent generation of new Notices of Cancellation for non-payment of premium within a specific date range. This setting allows carriers to abide by state-mandated moratorium regulations.
Claims payments mortgagee enhancements
BriteCore’s Claims payments mortgagee enhancement feature enables users to ensure the current mortgagee information is pulled into a claim and select the current mortgagee as a payee on the Accounting screen.
Buttons on the Policy Builder rating table
Two new buttons—Open All and Collapse All—are now available in the Policy Builder rating table. When you select these buttons, you can expand or collapse all section arrows at once.
