With the bound-application-admin-notification advanced setting in the admin-alerts, carriers can send separate notifications for processing bound applications. Carriers that use a separate workflow to process bound policy applications can use these alerts to notify the proper individuals or teams.
This setting requires a list of email addresses separated by commas.
The default value is blank, so BriteCore doesn’t send an email notification for bound policy applications.
Change the default
When an administrator adds an administrative email address to the bound-application-admin-notification setting, BriteCore sends an email alert when an agent submits a bound application in the Agent portal.
Submitted Application – [Application Number] – [Named Insured] Email
This application has just been submitted bound. [Hyperlink to Application]
Note: Only email notification recipients can verify BriteCore sent an email notification.
The Application submitted from BriteQuote (Bound) and Application submitted from BriteQuote administrative alerts are the same as the bound-application-admin-notification advanced setting. If you update one setting, BriteCore updates the other to match.
Note: The Application submitted from BriteQuote administrative alert and the applicationsubmitted advanced setting do not separate bound and unbound applications.
