With the Canceled Policies checkbox, users can filter the policy list by canceled policies.
For the Canceled Policies checkbox to appear on the Legacy Search screen, you must set the advanced setting enable-new-policy-search to True.
If you set the advanced setting enable-new-policy-search to False, the Legacy Search screen will load as the default Policies screen.
By default, the Canceled Policies checkbox is cleared, and the policy list isn’t filtered by that value.
Change the default
Select the Canceled Policies checkbox, and then select Go to filter the policy list by canceled policies.
To clear the checkbox, select the Canceled Policies checkbox a second time. Select Go to stop filtering the policy list by canceled policies.
The Canceled Policies checkbox can’t be customized and behaves the same in the Provider Administrator and Agent portals. To filter the policy list only by canceled policies, don’t select additional checkboxes. To filter the policy list by policies with additional statuses, select the relevant checkboxes.
