Change your account settings

You can change your account settings in the Policyholder portal, including your username, email address, password, and PIN.

To change your account settings:

  1. Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
  2. On the top of the screen, select the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the Navigation Menu.
  3. Select View Account.
  4. Under Account Settings, select Change Account Settings.
  5. To change your username, type a new username in Username.
  6. To change your password, select Edit Password, then:
    1. In the Current Password box, type your current password.
    2. Select Show to display your password as you type.
    3. In the New Password box, type your new password.
    4. In the Confirm Password box, type your new password again.
    5. Select Save.
  7. To change your PIN, select Edit PIN, then:
    1. Under 4-digit PIN, type a new PIN. Select Show to display your PIN as you type it.
    2. Select Save.
  8. On the Change Account Settings screen, select Save.

You have successfully updated your account settings.
