You can change your document delivery method in the Policyholder portal. The document delivery method options are to go paperless or receive paper documents. Your documents will always be available to view or download in the Policyholder portal. When the documents are ready to be viewed, you will receive a notification email.
To change your document delivery method:
- Log in to the Policyholder portal using one of the following options:
- On the top of the screen, select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the Navigation Menu.
- Select View Account.
- Scroll to Choose a Document Delivery Method.
- Select Go Paperless or Receive Paper Documents.
- If you select Go Paperless, you may have to read and accept an acknowledgment stating you will no longer receive paper documents.
- Select Accept to confirm your preference.
- Select Decline to continue receiving paper documents.
- Your changes are automatically saved.
