When you run a report, it may take up to a few hours to process and generate. To check your report status:
- Select Reports in the BriteCore menu. The Report List screen will display by default.
- On the Report List screen, select Check Report Status under the Search bar.
The Report Status screen displays a table with the following report details:
- Requested Time
- Start Time
- End Time
- Run Retries
- Run Duration
