Claims email adjuster supervisor when added

Claims

Purpose

With the claims_email_adjuster_supervisor_when_added advanced setting, you can enable BriteCore to automatically email the claims adjuster and supervisor when they’re added to a claim.

Requirements

This setting requires True and False buttons.

Setting default

By default, claims_email_adjuster_supervisor_when_added is set to False, so BriteCore doesn’t automatically email the claims adjuster and supervisor when they’re added to a claim.

Changing the default

To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search for claims_emal_adjuster_supervisor_when_added. Select True, and BriteCore will automatically email the claims adjuster and supervisor when they’re added to a claim.

Adoption considerations

For claims_email_adjuster_supervisor_when_added to enable automatic emails, it must be set to True and the Disable Claims Email checkbox under Options in Settings > Modules > Claims must be unchecked.
