The Content dashboard allows you to customize the user interface by editing the field text, error messages, and screen prompts throughout the Policyholder portal.
Access the Content dashboard
- Log in to the Provider Administrator portal.
- Select your tile.
- Select Content on the sidebar.
In the Content dashboard, you can:
- Show only customized content.
- Edit content.
- Expand or minimize content sections.
- View content help.
- Filter content by search.
- Filter content by language.
The Content dashboard contains several sections. Each section contains text you can customize.
Table 1 summarizes the content section and a sample of the fields with text you can customize.
