With the coverage-items-field-visible advanced setting, you can select to display or hide the Coverage Items field while completing the first notice of loss (FNOL) in the Agent portal.
This setting requires True or False buttons.
By default, this setting is set to False, so the Coverage Items field doesn’t display while completing the FNOL in the Agent portal.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search for coverage-items-field-visible. Select True and the Coverage Items field will appear while completing the FNOL in the Agent portal.
