Create folders in the claim file’s or exposure file’s Attachments screen

In both the claim file Attachments screen and the exposure file Attachments screen, you can create folders. Folders created in the claim file will be visible only in the claim file’s Attachments screen, unless the folder is created within an exposure file’s folder in the claim file’s Attachments screen. Folders created in the exposure file will only be visible in the specific exposure file’s Attachments screen and in the exposure file’s folder in the claim file’s Attachments screen.

To create a folder, access the Attachments screen of the claim file or exposure file and:

  1. If applicable, navigate to the folder where you want the new folder to live.
  2. Select + New. The Create Folder dialog box will open.
  3. In the Title box, type the title of the folder.
  4. Select Save.
