Create a new password after an administrative reset

Your company may require password rotations for added security. When your administrator resets your password, you will receive an email notification.

To create a new password after an administrative reset:

  1. Check your email for your temporary password notification.

    Note: The temporary password is only valid for the first login.

  2. Go to [your_company_name].britecore.com.
  3. In the Username box, type your username.
  4. In the Password box, type your temporary password.
  5. Select Sign In.
  6. In the New Password box, type your new password.

    Note: Review the password requirements under the New Password box to create a compliant password.

  7. Select Continue.

You have successfully created a new password.
