Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard

Agents (only agents) can access the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard in the Reports module.

The CSR Dashboard:

  • Displays policies that are going to expire or cancel in the next 30, 45, or 60 days.
  • Allows users to navigate and open the displayed policies.

To access the CSR Dashboard:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Reports.
  2. On the Dashboards screen, select the Dashboard dropdown list icon , and then select CSR Dashboard.
  3. On the CSR Dashboard screen, in the policies dropdown list, select one of the following types of policies:
    1. Cancellation Pending
    2. Expired last 45 days
    3. Expiring in 30 days
    4. Expiring in 60 days
    5. Cancelled for Non-Payment in last 30 days
