The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard:
- Displays policies that are about to expire or get canceled over different time ranges (30, 45, and 60 days)
- Allows users to navigate directly to the policies displayed
To access the CSR Dashboard:
- From the Agent portal, navigate to the Reports module.
- By default, the Agency Experience Dashboard shows. Select the arrow next to the Agency Experience Dashboard to open the list of available dashboards.
- Select CSR Dashboard from the list.
