Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard

The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Dashboard:

  • Displays policies that are about to expire or get canceled over different time ranges (30, 45, and 60 days)
  • Allows users to navigate directly to the policies displayed

To access the CSR Dashboard:

  1. From the Agent portal, navigate to the Reports module.
  2. By default, the Agency Experience Dashboard shows. Select the arrow next to the Agency Experience Dashboard to open the list of available dashboards.
  3. Select CSR Dashboard from the list.
