Deactivate all multi-factor authentication

If you set up your account to log in with MFA via text message or MFA via authenticator app, you can deactivate it.

Note: MFA helps prevent unauthorized access to your account, even if your password is compromised. We highly recommend you log in using MFA.

To deactivate all MFA:

  1. On the top-right of the screen, select your profile icon.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. In the My Account sidebar, select Security.
  4. Select Disable all Multi-factor Authentication.

You have successfully deactivated all MFA.
