You can edit the information gathered on damaged properties involved in the loss event. To edit information, access the Damaged Properties screen of the claim file, and:
- In the Damaged Properties table, navigate to and select the property type link in the Damaged Property column. The Damaged Property Details screen will open.
- In the Damaged Property Information section, select Edit. The Edit Damaged Property Information dialog box will open.
- Complete edits that you want to make.
- Select Save to save the information you updated. Select Cancel to return to the Damaged Property Details screen without saving the edits.
