Edit Damaged Property information

You can edit the information gathered on damaged properties involved in the loss event. To edit information, access the Damaged Properties screen of the claim file, and:

  1. In the Damaged Properties table, navigate to and select the property type link in the Damaged Property column. The Damaged Property Details screen will open.
  2. In the Damaged Property Information section, select Edit. The Edit Damaged Property Information dialog box will open.
  3. Complete edits that you want to make.
  4. Select Save to save the information you updated. Select Cancel to return to the Damaged Property Details screen without saving the edits.
