Edit return premium

From the Return Premium queue, you can edit who the return premium will be issued to.

To edit this information:

  1. Navigate to Policies > Payments > Return Premium.
  2. In the Return Premium queue, navigate to the return premium you want to edit and select the pencil icon. The Return Premium To dialog box will open.
  3. From the Contact dropdown list, select the contact the return premium should be issued to.
  4. From the Address dropdown list, select the correct address of the contact that the return premium should be issued to.
  5. Select Done.

When you update information about who the return premium will be issued to, the contact you select will populate in the Named Insured column in the Return Premium queue.
