Edit Content

In the Content dashboard, you can customize the user interface by editing the field text, error messages, and screen prompts throughout the Policyholder portal.

To edit Content:

  1. Go to the Content dashboard.
  2. To enter customized text:
    1. Type your customized text under the Content label.
    2. Select anywhere outside the text box to automatically save.
    3. A pop-up window displays, Content has been saved successfully.
  3. To reset to the default text:
    1. Select Reset under the content text box.
    2. A Content Reset dialog box displays, Are you sure you want to reset the content to the default value? Select OK.
    3. A pop-up window displays, Content reset successfully.
