Email notifications

When setting up email notifications in BriteCore, you can direct emails to:

  • A specific set of contacts.
  • A specific contact on an agency-by-agency basis.

Email notifications for policy lifecycle events

BriteCore offers email notifications for policy lifecycle events. You can set most of the email notifications (with the exception of Deliverables) in Advanced Settings under admin-alerts.

To view available admin-alerts:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
  3. In the Settings Sections list, select admin-alerts.

Note: BriteCore also offers Events, which allows you to create an event/trigger. For more information, refer to the Events documentation.
