The Emails dashboard allows you to view all email events triggered in the Policyholder portal. Emails can be sent to the policyholder, agent, agency, provider, and/or other.
Access the Emails dashboard
- Log in to the Provider Administrator portal.
- Select <your company> tile.
- Select Emails on the sidebar.
In the Emails dashboard, you can:
- View all email events triggered in the Policyholder portal.
- Show only Insured email events.
- View additional details on email events.
- View email content.
- Filter emails sent by date range.
- Filter emails by Insured.
- Filter emails sent by date range and Insured.
