Settings allow staff in the Provider Administrator portal and agents in the Agent portal to view the revision history on a policy to match endorsements to the policy’s billing history. When the setting is enabled, a Show Revision History link is visible and clickable. To enable:
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced.
- Search: display_revision_history_ar (Provider Administrator portal) and display_revision_history_ar_agent (Agent portal).
- Set the desired setting(s) to True.
- Navigate to Modules > Policies > Accounts Receivable.
- Select the Display the revision history on the Accounts Receivable page and/or Display the revision history on the Accounts Receivable page for Agents settings.
Note: It is recommended that clients use both settings.
