General settings for deliverables

To view and update the general settings for deliverables:

  1. Select Settings in the BriteCore menu.
  2. Select Deliverables in the Settings menu.
  3. On the Deliverables screen, there four main sections:
    1. Graphics: Upload company logo and a signature graphic.
    2. Header Information: Update company contact information.
    3. Agent/Agency Display on Deliverables: Here, you can choose to display agent or agency information on the deliverables, as well as whether to send agent/agency email copies of deliverables.
    4. Options: Checkboxes to set specific preferences on the deliverables.
  4.  To upload a company logo, select the Upload button next to Company Logo. The image will appear on all stock deliverables. It also displays on all custom deliverables that don’t have Built-in HTML turned on. The image can be accessed via a Jinja function on custom deliverables with the Built-in HTML turned off. Select the magnifying glass icon to view instructions on how to optimize your signature graphic.
    1. Select Choose File
    2. Navigate to your company logo image (file must be a .jpg or .gif).
    3. Select Upload.
  5. To upload a signature graphic, select the Upload button next to Signature Graphic. The image will appear on signature boxes added to stock deliverables. It also displays on all custom deliverables that don’t have Built-in HTML turned on.
    1. Select Choose File.
    2. Navigate to your company logo image (file must be a .jpg or .gif).
    3. Select Upload.
  6. Type the text directly into the text box fields for Header Information. The text will display at the top-right of all stock deliverables. It also displays on all custom deliverables that don’t have Built-in HTML turned on.
  7. Select Agent & Agency or Agency Only in the Display dropdown list to choose which option displays on the deliverables.
    1. Select the checkbox if you want to Include both agent copy and insured copy of deliverables in agent emails.
  8. Select the checkboxes to set specific preferences under Options. The options are:
    1. Add Primary Insured’s phone number to all Deliverable copies.
    2. Add Primary Insured’s mailing address to all Deliverable copies.
    3. Show Form Descriptions on Declarations, Quote Summaries, and Policy Applications.
    4. Show Coverage Effective Date for Mid-Term added coverages on Amended Declarations.
    5. Show the Change in Premium and Fees on Amended Declarations.
    6. Show Supplemental Group Titles on Declarations, Quote Summaries, and Policy Applications.
    7. Show Scheduled Items in the Rating Information section for each Line on Declarations, Quote Summaries, and Policy Applications.
    8. If fees total $0, omit the total on the Declaration, Quote Summary, and Policy Application.
    9. Embolden the policy/quote id on Declaration, Quote Summary, and Policy Application.
    10. Display deductible for adjustments in Declarations.
    11. Display the year built instead of the age value in Declarations (Dependent on lines configuration).
    12. Display coverage limit value even when the limit is zero.
