Generate monthly claims reports

With the LexisNexis C.L.U.E. integration, you can generate monthly claims reports.

To generate a monthly report:

Note: You should generate monthly reports at the beginning of a new month.

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Policies.
  2. In the Policies menu, select Processing.
  3. On the Processing screen, select Lexis Nexis, and complete the following steps:
    1. In the MM and YYYY boxes, type the current month and year.
    2. Select Generate Monthly Report; in the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.

      Note: If reportable claim data exists, a file will generate for the previous month. If there isn’t any reportable claim data for the previous month, no file will generate.

  4. Select the report’s link to review the data.

    Note: The data will appear in a text file according to the set LexisNexis specifications.

  5. After you review the data, select Send Monthly Report.

When the file is successfully sent, the word Sent will appear after the filename. Files will remain in the queue indefinitely.
