With the LexisNexis C.L.U.E. integration, you can generate monthly claims reports.
To generate a monthly report:
Note: You should generate monthly reports at the beginning of a new month.
- In the BriteCore menu, select Policies.
- In the Policies menu, select Processing.
- On the Processing screen, select Lexis Nexis, and complete the following steps:
- In the MM and YYYY boxes, type the current month and year.
- Select Generate Monthly Report; in the Confirm dialog box, select Yes.
Note: If reportable claim data exists, a file will generate for the previous month. If there isn’t any reportable claim data for the previous month, no file will generate.
- Select the report’s link to review the data.
Note: The data will appear in a text file according to the set LexisNexis specifications.
- After you review the data, select Send Monthly Report.
When the file is successfully sent, the word Sent will appear after the filename. Files will remain in the queue indefinitely.
