Get started with BriteApps: Initial setup of the Policyholder portal

The fifth step in getting started with BriteApps is to set up the Policyholder portal.

To set up the Policyholder portal:

  1. Conduct tests on the application for issues or change requests.
  2. Complete testing and confirm the application meets your needs.
  3. Submit email header and footer content to the BriteApps team. All emails generated from the Policyholder portal display custom headers and footers.
  4. Provide a link or content for the Terms of Service screen. This content is required if you enable the Terms of Service screen during user enrollment.
