We are excited to announce that DocuSign is on its way into legacy agent quoting! Changes to legacy quoting will be available to the general community in December! If you are interested in DocuSign, don’t wait! Reach out to your BriteCore Representative to see how to get started.
Upcoming changes
- eSign quote submission for agent and policyholder(s) through legacy quoting
- Automatically attach signed documents to the policy for future reference
- Search policies by eSign envelope status
Note: BriteCore will connect you with the DocuSign sales team to validate whether your existing or new DocuSign contract is adequate based on this new use case. Talk to your BriteCore customer service representative today.
Reasons for change
- Integrating the ability to e-sign documents generated within the quoting workflow allows insurance carriers and agents to automatically track documents while eliminating the manual work of employees that would otherwise prepare and review the documents for signature.
- Integrating with an e-signature platform will also automatically log all events, changes, and users with a timestamp, so clients don’t have to dig deep to create a digital paper trail. If there is a need to look at who prepared the document, signed it, and when, the document can be assessed via logging.
Up Next
We will be improving the user quoting experience and then continuing to roll out eSignature throughout other areas of BriteCore.
