Starting today, when you submit a support ticket, you will receive an automated email that includes a confirmation of your ticket number, as well as suggested articles that may resolve your issue.
The suggested articles allow you to preview or click on the articles so that they open in a new tab and if an article answers your question you can easily communicate that to our support team by clicking 'Yes, close my request' which automatically closes the ticket.
We encourage you to take advantage of this new feature when submitting tickets and let us know what you think. Your feedback is important to us, and we are always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
