Enhancements
Multi-Claim Selection and Assignment Enhancements (BC-16729)
BriteCore now allows users to select multiple claims within the claims list page and take bulk actions. An Actions dropdown provides options to unassign, assign, or reassign claims, with the ability to select contacts and specify roles as needed. This enhancement streamlines claim management by reducing the time and effort required to update assignees across multiple claims.
Report Status Page Enhanced to Include Run Parameters (BC-16422)
The Report Status Page now displays additional details about each recently run report, including the report name, the parameters used during execution, the date ranges covered, and the exact date the report was generated. This enhancement provides greater transparency and improves the tracking of report configurations.
Enhanced Inspections Due Report now filters out Cancelled Policies (BC-16076)
Inspections queued for scheduling are now removed from the Inspections Due Report whenever the policies that triggered them are canceled
Defects
Policy Application Document Failed to Generate with Excessive Vendor Losses (BC-16880)
BriteCore resolved an issue where policy application documents failed to generate when there were more than 16 vendor losses. The system now ensures proper document rendering independent of the number of vendor losses added..
Broken Hyperlink on Agent Production Dashboard (BC-16894)
BriteCore agents were formerly unable to access the policy link in the Commissions MTD tile of the Agent production dashboard. The broken link has been corrected and now agents can quickly and easily access the policy directly from the Agent Production dashboard.
Policy Change Request Report Included Extra Items (BC-16343)
BriteCore has resolved an issue where the Policy Change Requests report incorrectly included copy quotes in the unsubmitted change requests tab. Now, the report accurately reflects only true unsubmitted change requests, allowing carriers to ensure no steps are left unfinished in their policy processing.
Reinstate Policy/Cancel Policy buttons not appearing correctly (BC-16791)
Previously, on the Information tab, the Reinstate Policy button was not visible without a horizontal scroll bar. This prohibited users who could not see this scroll bar from clicking the Reinstate Policy button, and did not allow them to reinstate policies. This has been corrected and the Reinstate policy button appears without the need for a horizontal scroll bar.
Unable to make a manual Payment for policies with a number containing dot "." (BC-16722)
BriteCore has resolved an issue where previously, if the policy number contained a dot, a user was unable to make manual payments. This has been fixed and there is no issue in making manual payment for such policies.
