BriteCore has updated the Accounts Receivable screen to provide you with easily accessible resources, less scroll time, and tabbed organization.
Features of the new Accounts Receivable screen:
- A stationary header at the top of the screen. Wherever you're on the screen, you will see the header.
- Prominent view of Policy Status and Policy Term in the header.
- Divided and organized into two tabs to reduce scrolling:
- Billing Overview
- Billing Setup
The Billing Overview screen has three sections: Policy Details, Balance Details, and Account History.
The Policy Details section displays important policy information, such as the Agent and Mortgagee associated with the policy. The Policy Details section also includes a premium breakdown.
The Balance Details section is immediately viewable and provides easy access to the Installment Schedule button.
The Account History section also provides easy access to the Installment Schedule button. The Write-off Premiums and Write-off Custom Fee buttons have been moved to the Account History section for easy reference.

The Billing Setup screen is divided into three sections: Billing Schedule, Recurring Billing Settings, and Initial Billing Settings.
The Billing Schedule section displays settings that apply to both Initial Billing Settings and Recurring Billing Settings: Invoice Frequency, Withdraw Funds When, and Invoice Due Date. When you adjust the settings in the Billing Schedule section, BriteCore automatically applies the adjustments to the appropriate billing setting. You don't need to adjust the details of the billing schedule in each billing setting section.
The Recurring Billing Settings section displays the settings specific to recurring billing.
The Initial Billing Settings section displays the settings specific to initial billing.
