As an administrator, you can impersonate a contact in the Information tab of the Contacts module. Impersonate this Contact is used to help contacts, specifically agents, troubleshoot issues.
To impersonate a contact, open the Information tab of the desired contact and:
- Select the Impersonate this Contact button. BriteCore will automatically direct you to the Dashboard of the contact’s portal, and a banner will appear near the top of the screen stating Impersonating <Contact Name>. Any action taken will be completed as <Contact Name (Contact Username)>.
- Help the contact resolve their issue.
- When you’re finished impersonating the contact, select the Stop Impersonating button, which appears in the banner.
