With the losses_paid_placeholder_data_conversion advanced setting, you can designate the text you want to appear under the Losses Paid column in the Claims History dialog box when a claim’s status is Closed, Data Conversion. When a claim’s status is Closed, Data Conversion, the default value for this claim in the Losses Paid column is $0. You can access the Claims History dialog box from the Accounts Receivable screen of a policy.
This setting requires you to type text in the Setting Value box. When a claim’s status is Closed, Data Conversion, the text you type will appear under Losses Paid instead of $0.
By default, losses_paid_placeholder_data_conversion is blank, so no other text will appear beneath Losses Paid in cases where a claim’s status is Closed, Data Conversion. Instead, $0 will show under Losses Paid.
Changing the default
To change the default, navigate to Settings > Advanced and search for losses_paid_placeholder_data_conversion. In the Setting Value box, type the text you want to appear under Losses Paid, instead of the $0.
