Manage convenience fees with Invoice Cloud

With the Invoice Cloud integration, you can add a convenience fee for ACH and credit card payments.

Note: You can add, edit, or remove the fees at any time.

To add a convenience fee in Invoice Cloud:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, select Vendors.
  3. On the Vendors screen, under Payment Processing, select Invoice Cloud – CloudPay.
  4. Next to Invoice Cloud – CloudPay, select the edit icon .
  5. In the CloudPay dialog box, in the Options section, complete the following steps:
    1. To add a convenience fee for ACH payments, type the fee amount in the ACH Fee box.

      Note: If you want the convenience fee to be a percentage of the premium, type the fee amount as a decimal number, and then select Percentage?.

    2. To add a convenience fee for credit card payments, type the fee amount in the Credit Card fee box.

      Note: If you want the convenience fee to be a percentage of the premium, type the fee amount as a decimal number, and then select Percentage?.

    3. Select Done.

To remove a convenience fee from Invoice Cloud:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, select Vendors.
  3. On the Vendors screen, under Payment Processing, select Invoice Cloud – CloudPay.
  4. Next to Invoice Cloud – CloudPay, select the edit icon .
  5. In the CloudPay dialog box, in the Options section, in either the or Credit Card fee box, delete the fee you want to remove.
