Email notifications for policy lifecycle events

BriteCore offers notifications for policy lifecycle events. Most of the notifications (with the exception of Deliverables) can be set in Advanced Settings under admin-alerts.

To view available Admin Alerts:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced.
  3. In the Settings Sections menu, select admin-alerts.

BriteCore also offers Events, which allows you to create an event/trigger in the system. Refer to the Events documentation.
