The Payment Log, accessed in the Provider Administrator portal, contains information about payments made on premium. To access the Payment Log, navigate to Policies > Payments > Payment Log.
When you open the Payment Log screen, you will see a log of manual and electronic payments. The Payment Log displays the transaction date, transaction payor, payment method, and payment amount. Beneath the payments, the totals section provides the Grand Total of payments and the total for each payment type. See Figure 1.
From the Payment Log screen, you can:
- Retrieve an Electronic Payments Report.
- Search and filter the Payment Log.
- View policy information.
- Delete a payment.
- Transfer a payment.
- Mark a payment as NSF.
