You can process pending emails in the Processing screen of the Claims module. To process pending emails:
- Select Processing from the Claims menu.
- In the Pending Emails table of the Processing screen, select the checkbox(es) next to the email(s) you want to process.
- Select Process Selected Pending Emails.
To select all of the pending emails, check the Select All Pending Emails checkbox. BriteCore will automatically select all checkboxes in the Actions column of the Pending Emails table.
To locate an email by date, select Date to sort the date column in ascending or descending order. To locate an email by file type, select File to sort the file column in ascending and descending order.
