Processed Claims Agent Email Body

You can customize the body of the Agent email that’s sent when a claim is processed. To customize the body of the email:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Modules > Claims > Processed Claims Agent Email Body.
  2. In the Processed Claims Agent Email Body box, type the text you want to appear in the Processed Claims email.
  3. Under the Claim Payment Classifications section, select the Help link to open the Help box to see the dynamic text variables supported in the text box.

  4. Close the Help box and complete the text by inserting the dynamic text variables you want to use.
  5. Select Save.

Usage considerations

The Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting is directly related to the advanced setting agent-claim-process-email-body. When you enter text in the Processed Claims Agent Email Body box, BriteCore automatically populates the agent-claim-process-email-body Setting Value box. When you enter text in the agent-claim-process-email-body Setting Value box, BriteCore automatically populates the Processed Claims Agent Email Body setting.
