Send a message to a specific user through the Enrolled Users dashboard

You can send a message to a specific user through two dashboards in the Provider Administrator portal:

  • Enrolled Users
  • User Messages

In addition to the message title and details, you can:

  • Choose one or more channels (Message center, push notification, email) to send the message through.
  • Set a date/time to deliver the message.
  • Set a date/time the message will be deleted from the message center within the Policyholder portal.

To send a message to a specific user through the Enrolled Users dashboard:

  1. Go to the Enrolled Users dashboard.
  2. Scroll to a specific user row.
  3. Select More under Actions column.
  4. Select Send Message to User on the dropdown list. You will be redirected to the Send A Message screen.
  5. Type a title in the Message Title box.
  6. Type your message in the Message Details box.
  7. Under Choose the channels to deliver this message: Select one or more of the following options:
    • Message center: Send the message to the Policyholder portal.
    • Push: Send a notification to the enrolled user’s phone.
    • Email: Send the message via email.

Note: For push notifications to work, the enrolled user has to turn on notifications on their phone.

  1. Select the Send at a specific date/time checkbox to choose a future date and time when the message should be delivered. This is optional. To schedule a specific date/time delivery:
    1. In the Choose the future date and time when the message should be delivered: box, select a date on the date picker calendar.
    2. Select a delivery time on top of the date picker calendar.
    3. Select OK, press Enter/Return, or select outside of the date picker calendar to commit your selection and close the picker.
  2. Select Dismiss date/time to choose the date and time when the message will automatically be dismissed from the Message Center. This is optional. To schedule a dismiss date/time:
    1. In the Choose the date and time when the message will automatically be dismissed from the Message Center: box, select a date on the date picker calendar.
    2. Select a delivery time on top of the date picker calendar.
    3. Select OK, press Enter/Return, or select outside of the date picker calendar to commit your selection and close the picker.
  3. Select Send.
  4. On the Message to a User dialog box, select Send again to confirm.
  5. A confirmation dialog box will appear, stating Success The message(s) will be delivered soon.

Note: Messages will be sent during the next processing window, which may not align exactly with the time selected.
