Provider Administrator portal dashboard overview

Administrators logged in to BriteCore’s Provider Administrator portal are presented with a dashboard with three possible sections:

  • BriteCore Notifications
  • BriteCore Status
  • Welcome to BriteCore

BriteCore Notifications

BriteCore Notifications updates clients of recent releases and are:

  • Managed by the BriteCore support team.
  • Available to only users with the Administrator role.
  • Set in the Notifications table.
  • Displayed with the following:
    • Message
    • Priority level
    • Start time
    • Expiration time

Create a notification

Only BriteCore staff can create a notification.

BriteCore Status

The BriteCore Status section displays important system notifications.

BriteCore statuses are:

  • Managed by the BriteCore support team.
  • Available to only users with the Administrator role.
  • Displayed only when an alert is sent.
  • Set in the Notifications table.
  • Displayed with the following:
    • Message
    • Priority level
    • Start time
    • Expiration time

BriteCore Status descriptions:

  • Red: A critical status requiring immediate attention.
  • Orange: A warning status containing either directions or important information.

    Note: Once a notification requiring attention expires, the BriteCore Status area will return to Green.

  • Green: An all-clear status; no action is needed.

Create a status alert

Only BriteCore staff can create a status alert.

The Welcome to BriteCore section is customizable and used to convey important information to your users who have access to the Provider Administrator portal.
