Redirect to wizard policy status

Policies

Purpose

With the advanced setting redirect-to-wizard-policy-status you can designate the policy status(es) that will redirect the user to the policy wizard when the user selects a policy from the Policy Search screen. This advanced setting only impacts users in the Agent portal.

Requirements

This setting requires users to type a comma-separated list of policy statuses.

Setting default

By default, the Setting Value is blank, so when an agent selects the policy number link on the Policy Search screen, the user will be directed to the legacy BriteCore screen for the policy instead of the policy wizard.

Change the default

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced.
  2. In the Search for a Setting box, type redirect-to-wizard-policy-status, and then press Enter/Return on your keyboard or select Search.
  3. In the Setting Value box, type the policy status(es) that will redirect the user to the policy wizard when the user selects a policy from the Policy Search screen. For example, if you type Unsubmitted, Submitted, Rejected, when an agent selects a policy, on the Policy Search screen, with the policy status Unsubmitted, Submitted, or Rejected, the agent will be redirected to the policy’s policy wizard.
