Remove a user from Zendesk ticket access

BriteCore staff can remove a user from Zendesk ticket access.

To remove a user from Zendesk ticket access:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Contacts.
  2. On the Contacts screen, in the Search box, type the name of the appropriate contact, and then press Enter/Return on your keyboard or select Go.
  3. On the Information screen, in the Login Information section, in the Zendesk Email box, delete the email address.
  4. Select Save.
