Manage unwanted quote or application

You can manage unwanted quotes or applications by changing the status from Unsubmitted or Submitted to Rejected. To change the policy status to Rejected

  1. Within the Provider Administrator portal, navigate to Policies.
  2. Search for and locate the Unsubmitted or Submitted application that you want to mark as Rejected.
  3. Access the quote or application.
  4. Navigate to Policy Status and select Edit. The Policy Status dialog box will display.
  5. Select Rejected and then select Done
