You can manage unwanted quotes or applications by changing the status from Unsubmitted or Submitted to Rejected. To change the policy status to Rejected:
- Within the Provider Administrator portal, navigate to Policies.
- Search for and locate the Unsubmitted or Submitted application that you want to mark as Rejected.
- Access the quote or application.
- Navigate to Policy Status and select Edit. The Policy Status dialog box will display.
- Select Rejected and then select Done.
