Risk Types

Risk types are:

  • Similar to primary exposure line items in classic Lines, allowing you to add as many as necessary to a policy.
  • Numbered.
  • Categorized according to a parent-child hierarchy:
    • Risk type:
      • Parent risk type in the hierarchy.
      • Example: Driver.
    • Child risk type:
      • Nested under the risk type.
      • Example: Incidents.

In the Policy Information section, you can view the product’s risk types.

To create a new risk type, select Add a Risk Type.

To create a nested (child) risk type, in the Parent Risk Type dropdown list, select the parent risk type to nest the new risk type under.
