Run the nightly cancel and non-renew policies processes using Support Tools

You can use Support Tools to run the nightly process and finalize cancellation or non-renew policies.

Note: You must have isGod permissions to access this tool. This tool is unavailable in Production.

To process cancel and non renew policies processes:

  1. Depending on your UI configuration, you can navigate to Support Tools in one of the following ways:
    1. Navigate to the footer of any BriteCore module screen and select Support Tools.
    2. Navigate to and select the user profile icon in the top-right of the screen.
      1. Select Resources at the bottom of the dropdown list.
      2. Select Support Tools.
  2. Navigate to the Nightly section.
  3. Select the Run Cancel and Non-Renew Processes link.
  4. On the Run Cancel and Non-Renew Processes screen, select the On Date box. A calendar displays; you can select a date.
  5. Type the policy number in the Policy Number box. Leave the box blank to process all eligible policies.
  6. Select Start.

Policies with Pending Cancellation status will cancel and policies with a Non-Renew status that are past their expiration will cancel.
