Search for a file or folder

Attachments holds files and folders uploaded to a specific contact, claim, or policy, as well as to the Lines and Reports modules. You can search for a file or folder in both the Provider Administrator and Agent portals.

Search using Search for a File box

To search for a file or folder, access Attachments and:

  1. In the Search box, type the file name or portion of the file or folder name.
  2. Press Return/Enter or select the Search button.

Search for a file using Advanced Search

  1. Next to the Search button, select the gear icon. The Advanced Search dialog box will open.
  2. In the Search by File Name box, type the file or folder name.
  3. Under Search by Date Added, use the Start Date calendar date picker to select a start date for your search. Use the End Date calendar date picker to select an end date for your search.
  4. To search files or folders within a date range, under Search by Print Date, use the Start Date calendar picker to select a start date for your search. Use the End Date calendar date picker to select an end date for your search.
  5. When you are finished entering information into the Advanced Search dialog box, select Search. If you select Cancel or X, you will return to the Attachments screen without performing the search.
