Set up agent access to deliverables

By default, agents can view all printed and to-be-printed policy and claim deliverables that are not locked. To limit agent view to only those deliverables that have printed:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Modules > Agent Portal > Options.
  2. Check the Only display printed deliverables in Policies and Claims ‘Documents’ page checkbox.

Display ‘To Be Determined’ Declarations

Agents may want to view declarations before printing them and committing their associated policies. Enable the Display ‘To Be Determined’ Declarations setting to allow agents to see declarations with a status of To be determined in addition to documents with the Printed status. With this setting disabled, agents can only see documents with the Printed status.

When enabled, the following system behaviors are maintained:

  • Documents with a Do Not Print state will not be visible to the agent.
  • Documents with a Do Not Print or Email state will not be visible to the agent.
  • All other documents in a TBD Print state will not be visible to the agent.
  • This only affects the Declaration Document.

To set up the Display ‘To Be Determined’ Declarations setting:

  1. Within the Provider Administrator portal, navigate to Settings > Modules > Agent Portal > Options.
  2. Select the Only display printed deliverables in Policies and Claims ‘Documents’ page checkbox.
  3. Select the Display ‘To Be Determined’ Declarations checkbox.
