Set up agent access to policy notes

By default, agents can’t see policy notes. You can allow agents to view all notes for a given policy within the policy’s Notes tab. The setting applies to the Policies module only and provides view-only privileges; agents can neither create note alerts nor add, edit or delete notes. When this setting is enabled, all notes within a policy’s Notes screen are visible to agents. Provider Provider Administrator portal users (such as underwriters) can’t hide selected notes from agents.

To enable:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced.
  2. Search for show_notes_tab_for_agents.
  3. Select True.
