Set up an email alert when changing Lines impacts policies

When you make changes to a Line in the Lines module, the changes may impact particular policies. When you save the changes, a pop-up window that lists the affected policies appears. You can also receive an email alert with a list of the affected policies.

To set up an email alert when changing Lines impacts policies:

  1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, select System Wide > Administrative Alerts.
  3. On the Administrative Alerts screen, in the Lines section, in the Line Item Modifications Impacting Policies box, type the email address(es) you want to receive the alert. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma and a space.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, select Save.
