In BriteCore, you can use the Calendar to define on which days documents print.
To define which days documents print:
- In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings menu, select System Wide, and then select Calendar.
- In the Federal Holidays section, complete the following steps:
- Select the holidays on which you won’t print deliverables.
Note: This setting governs the Federal holiday rather than the actual day. If Christmas falls on a Sunday, the Federal holiday is Monday; therefore, you wouldn’t receive printing on Monday.
- In the Days Before and Days After dropdown lists, select the number of days before or after the holidays you will print.
Example: If you don’t want to print on Christmas and Christmas Eve, select Christmas, and then, in the Days Before dropdown list, select 1.
- Select the holidays on which you won’t print deliverables.
- In the Other Holidays section, you can select the Add Another Holiday icon
to add holidays on which the USPS is closed.
Example: The Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday in January. - In the Business Days section, select the days you want printing to occur.
