In BriteCore, you can use the Calendar to define on which days documents print.

To define which days documents print:

1. In the BriteCore menu, select Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, select System Wide, and then select Calendar.
3. In the Federal Holidays section, complete the following steps:
   1. Select the holidays on which you won’t print deliverables.
      

      Note: This setting governs the Federal holiday rather than the actual day. If Christmas falls on a Sunday, the Federal holiday is Monday; therefore, you wouldn’t receive printing on Monday.

   2. In the Days Before and Days After dropdown lists, select the number of days before or after the holidays you will print.
      Example: If you don’t want to print on Christmas and Christmas Eve, select Christmas, and then, in the Days Before dropdown list, select 1.
4. In the Other Holidays section, you can select the Add Another Holiday icon to add holidays on which the USPS is closed.
   Example: The Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday in January.
5. In the Business Days section, select the days you want printing to occur.
